Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or through Paddle. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

9. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

REFUND POLICY


1. Subscription Fees

All subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis and grant access to the Service for the applicable billing period.


2. General No-Refund Rule

If you are a Consumer, you have the right to cancel this Agreement and return the Product within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day after completion of the Transaction. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send us your communication concerning your exercise of the cancellation right before the expiration of the 14 day period.


3. Statutory Exceptions

If required by applicable law, refunds will be issued in accordance with statutory consumer protection obligations.

4. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error, you must notify us within 14 days of the charge.
Verified billing errors will be refunded or credited at our discretion.


5. Service Unavailability

In the event of prolonged service outages caused solely by the Company, we may issue service credits or refunds on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion.


6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through Paddle and credited to the original payment method.
Processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institution.
